Residency and Registration General Information
The Madison Board of Education has adopted a policy which provides for a two-step procedure for enrolling incoming students.
- First step in the process is proving residency which is to be done at the Board of Education Office (359 Woodland Road).
- The second step is to register your child for school at the school they will be attending.

BOTH residency AND registration forms need to be completed when a child enters the district -- even if there are siblings already enrolled.
If you move within the Madison School District, you will also need to prove residency.
