Residency and Registration General Information
The Madison Board of Education has adopted a policy which provides for a two-step procedure for enrolling incoming students.
- First step in the process is proving residency which is to be done at the Board of Education Office (359 Woodland Road).
- The second step is to register your child for school at the school they will be attending.
Please contact Xsabeida or Kathy at the Board Office to set up an appointment for proving residency. They can be reached at 973-593-3100 ext. 3102.
BOTH residency AND registration forms need to be completed when a child enters the district -- even if there are siblings already enrolled.
