The 2013 Senior Prom will be on Thursday, June 6, 2013. Any senior inviting a guest to the senior prom that is not a Madison High School student must complete the MHS Senior Prom Guest Form and submit it to Mr. Connolly 1 week prior to the Senior Prom. Guest forms are due no later than Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 3:00pm.
