A big thank you to Target for their whimsical line of onesies we enjoyed seeing many of the students wear!On Tuesday, December 6th at the Board of Education Meeting, Dr. Richard Noonan was appointed as Madison's Interim Superintendent. Dr. Noonan previously served as Madison's Superintendent of Schools from 2004 to 2010. Dr. Noonan will serve in this capacity while the Board of Education continues the search for a new Chief School Administrator. Please help me in welcoming Dr. Noonan back to Madison!As you know, the first trimester ended on Wednesday, December 7th. Report cards will now begin to be completed by teachers and made available to parents in Genesis on Friday, December 16th at 3:30 P.M. Please review the attachment with instructions on how to access report cards via the parent portal. Hard copies will not be sent home. Please visit the Madison School District Assessment webpage to access information regarding the report cards, including benchmark indicators. It's important to reference this information while you review your child's report card.A Message from Mrs. Crescas......Did you know that flu season can begin as early as October; it usually peaks between December and February, and it can last through May? As long as flu viruses are spreading, it’s not too late to get a flu vaccine to protect yourself and your loved ones! Please take the time to get the flu vaccine if you haven’t already done so.GIVE KIDS A SMILEEach year, the American Dental Association Foundation offers FREE dental care. This is for children ages 12 and younger who may might not otherwise have the means to visit a dentist for emergency or preventative care. February 3rd, 2017 is Give Kids A Smile day! Donations: We will also be collecting donations at both the Holiday Workshop as well as in the TJS office for the Madison Eagle Christmas Fund (MECF).
