Team 6A is ecstatic to declare that George Cripe and Mariella Pastro are the Leaders of the Month for September. They are both responsible, motivated, and passionate students who come to school every day with a smile, an excitement for learning, and a dedication for going above and beyond. George and Mariella both pay very close attention to details and make sure that their daily work is accurate and of the utmost quality. They are both model students that set a positive example for their peers working hard not only for themselves, but to help their peers as well. Their work ethic and focus on doing well is an inspiration to team 6A fitting the definition of being a leader. Trusting in yourself and setting goals is the first step in becoming a student leader.

His focus and his insights during class discussions make him a great role model for others. Kate is a powerhouse of energy: she is always a help to teachers and fellow students in the classroom, and her bright enthusiasm always lights up the room. We are so proud of Enzo and Kate's leadership as they have set a wonderful pace for this new school year!
Kaden Peterson - From the very first day, Kaden exhibited MJS Leads as a brand new student to MJS this year. She is respectful, outgoing, and a team player. Kaden is an extremely diligent worker and shines academically in all of her classes. We are so lucky to have her representing MJS as a true leader.
Enric Cifuentes Martinez - Imagine you left the U.S. for another country that spoke another language. Imagine how difficult it would be to understand your teachers and peers and be successful. Enric came to this country at the beginning of the school year from Spain and has shown immense work ethic, dedication, and pride. We know this is just the start of all his accomplishments at MJS.
Beth Lennon and Luke Seifried - Beth is a responsible, motivated and hardworking student. She comes to school everyday with a smile and readiness to learn.
