    Coach Sweeney is now in his 11th season leading the Dodgers where he has been successful in building one the the best programs in the state compiling a 155-45 record.  Coach Sweeney runs his own Triple-H (Head, Heart, and Hustle) lacrosse camp and coaches  Team Princeton in the Adidas National Lacrosse Classic. This year Mark was inducted into the NJ Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

    Justin Dixon - Boys' Asst. Coach
    Coach Dixon played lacrosse for North County High School in Baltimore Md. before playing lacrosse for the Lycoming College Warriors.  He was an assistant lacrosse coach for Lycoming  in 2008 before joing the Dodgers.

    PJ Scarpello - Boys' Asst. Coach - scarpellop@madisonpublicschools.org
    Coach Scarpello is a Physical Education/health teacher at the Madison Junior School and brings plenty of experience as an assistant to the high school team.  A four  year starter at Wesley College in Delaware from 2002 - 2006 he continued his career coaching Morris Select Lacrosse and as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at FDU in 2007 - 2008.  He continued with the Madison school as an assistant varsity/head J.V. Coach for Madison H.S. girls 2008 and the head coach of  the MJS Girls in 2009.   He coached the MJS Boys team and brought a lot of freshmen with him to the high school.

    Coach Tromonda is Madison's Strength and Conditioning coach and is a 1993 graduate of Madison High School.

    Megan Anderson - Girls' Head Coach  Megan Anderson is the new head coach of the MHS Girls Lacrosse Program. She was an assistant coach for last year’s team and is excited to step up to this new position. Megan currently teaches SS at Chatham Middle School as well as coaches field hockey at Morristown High School. She began her lacrosse career as a three year starter at Morristown High School. She went back to coach for Morristown for three years, one year as an interim head coach and three years as the 7/8 grade recreation league coach.  Following Morristown, she worked with the Summit program for a year and now is at Madison to stay. Over the summer she will be involved with the Madison programs as well as Tri-State.


    Jessie Plsek Girls' Varsity Asst. Coach Some of you might already know her from working the Sweeney camp in the summer. Jessie Plsek is a Madison High School lacrosse alum. While at MHS, she was a four year starter as well as captain of her team. After graduating, she continued to play at the D1 level and club level at Rutgers University. She played a midi position and is familiar with both offense and defensive positions.


    Carole Rawding -Girls' Head JV Coach Carole has “retired” to the JV position to work with the youth of the program. She was the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach from 2003-2010. Her records indicate the success of previous teams:

    Carole was also an assistant coach for MHS field hockey from 1987 – 2007. Carole currently teaches physics at Madison High School and is looking forward to a great season.

    Clare Johnson Girls' Volunteer Coach Clare comes from Morristown High School as a three year starter. She played attack at Centenary College, a D3 school, until senior year when she stepped up to play goalie and ended up 26th in the nation.  She has been the assistant at Morristown High School and also coached for the Morristown Town Rec. Program. We look forward to her helping with our attack and goalies.
