Welcome to the Torey J. Sabatini
    Speech & Language Program

My name is Dana Finn and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist at Torey J. Sabatini School.   I have been working in the Madison School District since September 2002. I grew up in Convent Station, NJ and my husband and I, along with our two sons, reside there.  I attended Loyola College in Maryland and received a Bachelor's of Art degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology.  I graduated from William Paterson University with a Master's of Science degree in Communication Disorders. I am a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and I am a NJ licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

As a speech-language specialist who works in an elementary school, I work with children in grades kindergarten-fifth.  Following an evaluation, children who qualify for speech/language services may target some of the following areas of communication:

    • Articulation/Phonology
    • Expressive Language
    • Receptive Language
    • Voice Disorders
    • Fluency/Stuttering
    • Social/Pragmatic Language
    • Overall Communication
Click here to find out how deficits in these areas can affect your child's academic performance.
For any questions or concerns related to speech and language, please contact me by phone or email.  I will get back to you as soon as possible.
