
Due to the severe cold temperatures, Madison High School will operate remotely today, Wednesday, Feb 17, for all students that are not included in the five-day cohort. Five-day cohort students will attend in person at MHS and will be located in spaces where appropriate temperatures can be maintained. All other schools will operate on their normal in-person schedule.

Due to the severe cold temperatures, Madison High School will operate remotely on Friday, February 12th, for all students that are not included in the five-day cohort. All students will follow the B-day schedule originally assigned for the day. Five-day cohort students will attend in person at MHS and will be located in spaces where appropriate temperatures can be maintained. All other schools will operate on their normal in-person schedule. All after school, in-person activities will resume as previously scheduled.

All Madison Public Schools will operate remotely tomorrow, Wednesday, February 3, in anticipation of hazardous travel conditions related to inclement weather. All students will follow their normal schedules while attending remotely. Teachers will provide virtual meeting information via Google Classroom and/or email. Students must participate remotely to receive attendance credit for the school day. Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions about their classes. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please feel free to contact your child's school.

Virtual learning for Madison Public Schools students on Tuesday, February 2, will end at 1pm to allow additional time for families and faculty members to attend to snow removal. Please be sure to clear any sidewalks for which you are responsible to allow safe pedestrian travel throughout Madison. Always use caution when removing snow: warm-up appropriately, hydrate well, and be careful near streets.

This is an important message from Madison Public schools. Due to the impending storm all Madison Public schools will be closed on Thursday, December 17. Friday, December 18 will be an all remote day for staff and students. Please note: Students will be sent home with an extra lunch upon dismissal on Wednesday, December 16. Lunch pickup is available at MHS on Friday, December 18.
