TIPS FOR MAKING YOUR SEARCHES MOST PRODUCTIVE:
Start with a KEYWORD search. Once you get a list of results, you will be able to see the designated SUBJECTS or DESCRIPTORS that each of the databases uses and then search on those terms.
Each database has a HELP link which will provide site-specific suggestions for searching each database.
Use the PRINT or FORMAT TO PRINT link in each of the databases to print. This will format the document properly for your printer.
The Public Library provides access to additional databases helpful to students.
Look for the link to Reference Databases along the right.
To log on to the public library's databases you will need your ID number, which is the 13-digit barcode number on the back of your library card.
