If you are interested in sending your child to Madison Public Schools and are not a resident of Madison, please complete the following steps:

1. Download and complete the  2025-2026 Tuition Student Form or 2026-2027 Tuition Student Form

2. Email your completed form to Executive Assistant Gina Galvin at galving@madisonnjps.org.
