BUSINESS OFFICE
The Business Office is responsible for the effective financial and operational management of the district. This includes developing long-range facility plans, preparing the annual budget, and ensuring compliance with Board policies, local, state and federal regulations.
The department includes accounting, accounts payable, purchasing, and payroll and employee benefits. It oversees financial investments, insurance, facilities operations and maintenance, transportation, and food services. It supports continuous improvement through staff development, program evaluation, and efficient resource use. The office also promotes transparency by communicating budget and financial information to the school community and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.
Food service operations for the district are provided by Pomptonian Food Service.
