BOARD MEETING AGENDA

2025-26 School Year

The meeting will be held in the Board Office, 359 Woodland Road, Madison, New Jersey.

The Board will convene at 10:00 a.m. and move directly into closed Executive Session to review the terms of the proposed consulting agreement with Talva Energy to pursue a Power Purchase Agreement to finance and install solar photovoltaic systems on District Property.

The Board will reconvene in open session to approve the proposed agreement with Talva Energy and to consider and approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of a request for proposals for solar power purchase agreement services.

The Board will also take recommended action in open session on the proposed Tax Levy Requisition Schedule to be submitted to the Borough of Madison for the payment of school taxes for the 2026-2027 school year.

Action shall be taken.

The public is invited to attend in person or via Zoom or YouTube. Participation of the public shall be provided,

as established by Board policy and bylaws. Formal action may be taken at any of the meeting dates listed. The Board may move into a closed Executive Session during any meeting to discuss matters that pertain to specific exceptions contained in the Open Public Meetings Act. Special meeting notices or any revisions to the schedule of meetings set forth above will be announced and noticed in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
