MPS in Top 5% of Districts Nationally, Sees Other Rankings Successes

Madison Public Schools has earned a spot in the top 5% of school districts nationally according to the 2021 rankings. The rankings, which evaluate districts on a variety of factors, survey responses, and state data, awarded MPS with an overall grade of "A." In New Jersey, the district moved up four slots from last year to #46 overall. A link to the rankings for MPS can be found here.

In a second ranking system published this week,, Madison High School was recognized with the College Success Award, which recognizes public high schools that are excelling at preparing students for college and beyond. The award is based on school-level college preparation and postsecondary data that indicates the school's success. MHS received a 7/10 overall rating on the rating system. Elsewhere in the district, TJS received an overall rating of 9/10 and CAS, KRS, and MJS each earned a rating of 8/10. A link to the district page on can be found here.
